Numbers on the National DNC Registry without prior relationship
Numbers on your company's internal DNC list
Before 8 AM or after 9 PM in the consumer's time zone
Using pre-recorded messages without consent
Penalties: Violations can result in fines of up to $50,120 per call. Maintain your own internal DNC list and check the national registry regularly.
