When you are unavailable to open a door or host an open house for your client or a contractor, log into KeyPleaz™ to quickly find an available licensed agent within our Keller Williams of Central PA office only to help. 

 What does it cost?  The costs are only applicable to the agents who use KeyPleaz.  

You (the hiring agent) are charged a 14.5% transaction fee (so on a $30 transaction, that equates to $4.35 =  a total of $34.35 you would pay to hire showing agent)

The showing agent is charged a small 2.99% transaction fee (so on that same $30 transaction, they would receive $29.10, or $0.90cents)

FIRST TIME USERS: 

• After downloading the app to you phone, click 'Sign Up Here" button at the bottom. 
• Enter agent license number (RS_____) and brokerage license number (RB065950)
• Next, follow the prompts to complete setup
