Welcome to The Insider Exchange, a private platform exclusively for Keller Williams of Central PA agents to share off-market properties currently under contract. This space is designed for agents to share high-value real estate opportunities that are not publicly listed.
🔹 How It Works:
✔️ Submit an off-market property currently under contract.
✔️ Ensure compliance with Paragraph 25 of the PAR ASR Contract and Bright MLS guidelines before submission.
✔️ Properties will automatically be removed after 60 days to keep the list fresh and relevant.
🔹 Compliance Requirements:
📌 The seller must have agreed to limited or no MLS marketing.
📌 Public marketing (yard signs, social media, etc.) may be restricted per Bright MLS rules.
📌 You must have the proper Limited Marketing/Office Exclusive Form signed if required by Bright MLS.
🔹 Who Can Use This Form?
✅ This form is strictly for Keller Williams of Central PA agents. Request access to this form here or found pinned in our Private Facebook group.
By submitting, you confirm that you have seller’s written consent and are adhering to all MLS regulations.
🔹 What Happens Next?
Once submitted, your property will be added to The Insider Exchange for up to 60 days. If the property is still available after that period, you will need to resubmit.
