The National Association of REALTORS® is committed to the safety of our members. Through the REALTOR® Safety Network, NAR will deploy REALTOR® Safety Alerts via social media when a physical or cyberthreat to REALTORS® warrants national attention

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act regulates auto-dialed calls, prerecorded calls, faxes, calls to cell phones and landlines, and calls to numbers on the Do Not Call Registry. Class-action litigation for TCPA violations is rapidly increasing. Such claims present catastrophic exposure.
